Brevard County Zoo

 If you love animals, you’ll love taking a stroll through the Brevard Zoo. The Zoo features over 550 animals representing 165 different species from Latin America, Wild Florida, Asia, Australia and Africa.

At the Zoo, you may witness alligator and crocodile demonstrations, river otter feedings and more.

Many special behind-the-scenes tours and other activities are available through the Zoo at an extra per person charge. Reservations are required for these special tours due to limited availability. Call 254-9453, ext. 219.
Brevard Zoo is handicapped accessible with wheelchair and stroller rentals available. The Zoo offers free parking, snack bar, gift shop, and picnic tables.

There are six skateboard parks on the Space Coast. There are Admissions to the parks.

	Jay Dickenson Bike and Skate Facility, Sand Point Park, 101 N. Washington Ave., Titusville. Hours: 7 a.m. - dark daily.
	Cocoa Beach Skatepark, 1450 Minuteman Causeway. Hours: open until 9 p.m. daily.
	Satellite Beach Skate Park, 751 Jamaica Blvd. Hours: 4 - 9 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Saturdays, noon - 9 p.m. Sundays.
	Paradise Funplex, 555 Fortenberry Rd., Merritt Island. Hours: noon - 9 p.m. Sundays and Tuesdays-Thursdays, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
	Graffiti Skate Zone, 1502 Port Malabar Blvd., Palm Bay. Hours: 4-9 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, 4-10 p.m. Fridays, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Saturdays, 1-9 p.m. Sundays.
